"A goal without a plan is just a wish."

SMART Goals in Sports

The most successful athletes set clear, actionable goals. The SMART framework helps structure goals effectively:

  • Specific – What exactly do you want to improve?

  • Measurable – How will you track progress?

  • Achievable – Is the goal realistic?

  • Relevant – Does it align with long-term success?

  • Time-bound – What’s the deadline?

🔹 Example SMART Goal:

❌ I want to get better at running.

"I will improve my 100m sprint time by 0.5 seconds in 4 weeks by training sprint drills 4 times a week.

"It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world..
